Most of the projects have tight deadlines which force us not only to stretch the working hours on weekdays but also work on weekends and it is very common. The worst part is management does not take this seriously and it seems very normal to them.

No Job security, Hiring and firing on regular basis. No good projects, only freshers company, no skill development, terrible meeting timings. No Team support and good coordination in teams. They will give you higher package offer but will fire you on immediate basis without any notice. Appraisal being done only for nonsense comedy in office rather than hard work skillset. 5 days working policy is a joke , they will ping you anytime, anyday without any compensation. Few departments like backend and devops have leads who know nothing technical but are so called practice leads and get promotions too. The management is not considerate about employee’s experience and follows nepotism in promoting and giving rating to employees. The work environment is aggressive and output is expected in very less time. There are no fixed work assignments, product owners are expected to be delivery managers and at the same time expected to create ER diagrams. The roles and responsibilities are not aligned with profiles and the behaviour of old or senior employees is not at all welcoming.
