I have been working with Aveva since last six years, working atmosphere, culture in AVEVA is encouraging its like open to explore, I can say there is job security and it is one of the best place to work, management is caring and sensitive towards employees and related issues, adequate company policies are there to take care of employees and feel them safe.

Dislikes

There are few things I dislike about AVEVA, sometimes there is huge pressure of work we have to face and don't find adequate back up / support to take care and now due to COVID restrictions it is almost double so difficult to maintain work life balance, salary appraisal also I don't find commensurate with work being handled.

Work Details

I look after Accounts and Finance related activities at AVEVA, like taking care of Monthly books closure, bank related issues, statutory compliances, tax compliances, Audit handling, team handling, Variance analysis of cost etc.

Career growth is not so encouraging due to limited designations and job roles in the organisation. We don't have any Team outings .

Political, toxic environment caused by some North manager, for last 4 years, by middle level management, service management usually work for their promotions not for thecompanyies profit, more gujju's get quick promotions, they are. Elevated to higher levels like anything.. it's abt Service ,not about other groups, where they excell in all aspects.
