From time to time, here we plan different events like team-building activities, learning sessions, chances to connect with others, and fun outing. These events help make our work environment friendly and interesting. I truly enjoy these events, like my other team mates.

I think, company should consider updating their leave policy because right now, there's no separation for different types of leaves. Making clear categories could help make things more organized.

Likes

People are friendly and nice, especially my managers, they help a alot. We also have the option to work from home sometimes, although it needs approval from the manager. I was able to get it last month because of my health issues, as my doctor advised rest, but I asked for work from home to stay involved. I think it's a valuable option to have.

Sometimes, you might need to work a little longer because of unexcepted work situations. I think it's okay because it's part of the job.

Good environment depends on which project you are placed under which senior, you will get exposure to all the layers and flavors of IT stack, good place for people who like to learn new things on own.

It will be challenging for a person with no performance tuning knowledge, very difficult for someone who does not not want to learn new things and work on new things.
