From time to time, here we plan different events like team-building activities, learning sessions, chances to connect with others, and fun outing. These events help make our work environment friendly and interesting. I truly enjoy these events, like my other team mates.

I think, company should consider updating their leave policy because right now, there's no separation for different types of leaves. Making clear categories could help make things more organized.

Likes

People are friendly and nice, especially my managers, they help a alot. We also have the option to work from home sometimes, although it needs approval from the manager. I was able to get it last month because of my health issues, as my doctor advised rest, but I asked for work from home to stay involved. I think it's a valuable option to have.

Dislikes

Sometimes, you might need to work a little longer because of unexcepted work situations. I think it's okay because it's part of the job.

Work Life Balance: The work pressure is minimal, and the workload is never overwhelming. Since there are no projects. No Excessive Workload: There are no strict deadlines. People work randomly.

Lack of Learning Opportunities: No Guidance from seniors, and they lack technical knowledge. Micro-Management: Employees are monitored closely, including by CEO. Strict Work Timings: Limited Coffee breaks. and salaries are deducted for insufficient working hours. Poor Salary Hikes: Salary increment are extremely low, and perks are non-existent. No Recognition: Hard work is not acknowledged and been taken by seniors, mostly by Architects. Limited Exposure: The company only focuses on performance monitoring. Undefined Roles: Developers often end up working as testers. roles are not well-defined. Incompetent Leadership: Senior Technical Architects and Technical Architects lack proper knowledge. You get a good exposure here in Avekshaa Technologies. In very less time you would he able to learn alot of things. Would get to work in multiple tracks and grasp more knowledge in very less. A must recommended for an Entry level IT professional.
