Likes

Indeed it's a good company to work. Multiple benefits like good health insurance, car lease policy and many other. Post COVID, they operate in Hybrid model only. They offer well.

Salary - Excellent
Skill development - Good
Job security - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Financially the company is bloating since a decade now. Sometimes it impact the employees or sometimes not. Appraisals are not very attractive.

Promotions - Poor

Work Details

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
