Lots of Learnig and Good Technical exposure.

Dislikes

HR are almost non-existent. No matter what kind of Policy they make , Managers can violet them whenever they want. Managers are everything here and HR are only for entry and exit work. Very poor employee friendly policies. PATHETIC MANAGEMENT.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
