Inspite of doing my best, manager Srini P. has threatened to spoil my career. He will tell lies about you to higher management. Please do not join UK sales team at any cost. Very negative experience, Happy that I left early.

THBS is good organisation to work. I dint see any pressure but due to that employees are happily working there. Work life balance quite good.. they are calling people since 1.5 years but not forced to come office for 3day. You can do WFH anytime. Giving salary quite good variables getting on time. Promotion - it's completely your performance, years you worked in thbs and main thing is there you should have godfather. Job security- generaly people says thbs has great job security. But I heard 30+ people laid off in May to June period. Skill development- you can develop your skill on your own. But if you gain that skill thbs is open for you. I am quite satisfy with my work. As we have great team and my manager also great. I am as lead not putting pressure on my fellow. I am happy😊 Company culture- no joining bonus, no joining kit, Baki all is well with thbs. Colleagues are really fantastic, lost of opportunity to learn new technologies and ways of working. Exposure is there.

Promotion does not follow any rule. The Yes men/women get promoted. Even a 20 plus years experienced person with High performance was made to report to a lady with 15 years of experience who is surviving because of a relative in higher management. Lot of partially in the promotion. Regional feeling is cropping in now a days. Companyculture has changed a lot. Senior management are taking decision blindly. Here completely about the micro management and here one region people will survive and they will get all the perks and all the benefits, even without working. And here there is no work -life balance
