Because middle managers more than 10 plus years will feel and behave like business owners and trample others. - Pathetic leadership especially middle management. If they don't like you then you are targetted though you perform good. They will make you to leave the company by yourself. You will face such a mental harrasement. - Worst free food - Medical insurance reimbursement is not digitized. You have to courier all your original documents. - Variable pay is not even paid 50% as shown in offer - Hikes are less than 2% sometimes no hikes - During go-lives you have to extend and support 15 to 16 hours - Worst Casual leaves. You will be entitled with 12 CL's and can be used continuously for 2 days and not more than that. If falls on Monday/Friday then only one day...Read More
