Partially amongst employees. Employees are harassed and treated badly by the team leads. You simply don't have the right to express your views. No hybrid work culture. Just to attract new employees they mention that we have WFH policy but they dont give WFH to current employee and are forced to come to office everyday. They also deduct the "Employer PF" Contribution from your salary along with the "Employer PF". This is a scam. They also give less salaries. Policies in this company are bizarre.
