I have work experience in Formulations and Veritaz (Now AUROBINDO) Marketing Company is Good in giving Incentives and increments.... Work Life also Good

In Veritaz (AUROBINDO) two managers are there one is BS Rao(ZSM) and another one is K KISHORE BABU (RSM) he won't work and in Doctor chamber also they show reckless. For my Settlement amount also they tried to deduct some amount without giving proper reason... Then i told HR that i will complaint to Aurobindo Vice President sir who is my friends uncle... Than they came for compromise and settled my F&F settlement.... Even HR team(Nagaraju sir) is been with them i don't know why..... But i like company because in Hard times Company protected me...Read More

Only Respect in Market that working in the great organization Aurobindo Pharma Ltd.... But I don't know y my managers asking my resignation, and here I nowhere i found to respond to it. So I decided to give resignation by this month end

No problem solving, Absence of work culture Bossism No cross checking for wrong alligations Etc. Lot more and my colleagues facing the same issues.
