I have been like Aurobindo Pharma Ltd. working experience because there is wonderful opportunity for learners. They are Manager or executives., whatever employee can work for company. I can't see any where in my life. There is a wonderful facility in that company. Whoever not working people , will see different.

Dislikes

Aurobindo lower management(assistant mangers, Managers,Sr Maagers, AGMs ) are thinking not Positive . It's effect on company culture. There is need some motivation or training.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
