1. Asked everytime to train new joinees fully like a tution master. 2. If 10 years exp employee and traveling at client location if denied due to some personal family reason then asked to search new job.

Earlier was sceptical to join the organization reading past reviews. However now I understand that we shouldn't blindly trust reviews. Amazing team and managers. Good learning atmosphere. Salary paid timely, good work life balance. Glad I took the right decision to join.

its depend on the project allocated and all on the client where you will be allocated

the medical process sometime very slow as our team join in april 24 and all got the medical card after 5 months. we think this process is not take more then 10-15 days. As auriopro support everytime in medical claim but the medical card gives employee to peace of mind that they have something which help medical treatment in any emergency.

- I was working in aurotransit(department that handles transit related projects), there you will have access to the whole project. Not a part of project. So you can actually learn how things are working actually.

- you are treated like a machine who works 24/7. - Partiallity towards some employees prevails. - Asking leave or any benifits given by the company is considered like a crime.

This company fraud company , they are hiring people without offer letter and when salary day was come . they didn't give making full and final settlement. we will give like that they are making false promises and they are telling work long hours we provide extra money for extra hours. This company is very unprofessional and very bad company
