The managers at this office look after a number of procedures. It is a result of their activeness that everything is accomplished transparently. This transparency is maintained in office, regardless of anything. It lets me have full faith in the management. The employees are kept in the loop for all important things.

Dislikes

The management should consider increasing provisions like sick leaves. It can be quite a relief to get fully healthy prior to returning back to work.

Incredible benefits are available here for employees. The training programs made my onboarding easier. Working here has been smooth because of an equipped team. There are many special moments at Aurigo that I happily tell others. I have celebrated many milestone with my work family. Sometimes, we have celebrated special occasions outside the premises. I have seen my work getting better and more simplified. 6 months back, being completely new to most things, I relied on help for several tasks. In this span though, I have become so trained that I am able to self-manage the work. For certain teamwork is consistent. The improvement in my work has made my contributions better. All is completely fine in he office. If there is anything minor, I tend to overlook it.
