Incredible benefits are available here for employees. The training programs made my onboarding easier. Working here has been smooth because of an equipped team. Everything is really professional here. We have a system of marking attendance here. I've never experienced anything bad while punching in my attendance. There's is a system of applying earned and sick leaves. HR is understanding and has always met my needs. Things can be customised for the employees. It is quite a chill workplace.

My seat was very comfortable. But it got exchanged. The other one isn't as comfortable as that one.

At Aurigo I can see a dynamic team. It is diverse in terms of gender. I can see a good number of males and females working. They get along well with each other. Gender diversity is awesome in this organisation. I'll give credit for this to HR and the founders. They have been thoughtful in maintaining this value. I really like to be part of such a dynamic team.

Every employee is respected here, no matter what. I have noticed that those who worked here previously are positively talked here. This is one of the things that I have noticed less in several companies. The existing employees get to enjoy a really good environment. A team of managers is there that attends to the employees nicely. They never show their superiority to us either.

In the cafe, a few machines work but they have become a little outdated and take longer to make food.
