Nothing to like, no work life balance

Daily 12-14 hours of work in the office, I am working in Cell and Gene Therapy production, we don't have any work life balance, no Saturday, Sunday, no holidays, daily 12-14 hours work, can't take comp-off also, manager will not approve, in last one year 9 people had resigned from the team and team strength was small and later it became only 6-7 people including HOD, no persons were hired for the vacant position, now again 4 people resigned and 4 new people came. Here work life balance don't matter, mentally sick work environment, and yearly appraisal is rubbish. HR is also in trouble, they are unable to find people, don't come to Aurigene Cell and Gene Therapy, this department sucks, work stress will mentally torture you. Don't come here....Read More

HR policies are not bad. Canteen facility is good.

The management favours only the one's who are on top & don't care about the lower level employees. In the oncology plant especially Cell & gene therapy(QCM) section is too worst . Don't fall for the word Dr.Reddy's you can't expect that standards & work culture 1% also here. Too much of internal politics doesn't allow the people to learn restrict everything & the lead behaves like as if he is the one who is paying from his pocket and treat the team members like workers . If there is no work means also forcefully he insists the people to extend because he comes late to office & leave late due to flexible times & it's applicable only for him to come late & not to others. I felt like somewhere I again joined to school or what because the lead has too much attitude and in the name of discipline he orders people not to wear any kind of chain, ring ,watch & etc and orders them to compulsorily tuck in and However, none of these are in Company HR policies but he insists to do that because he does it. Too arrogant & not at all friendly with the team mates. Toxic environment to work & keeps on threatening the people for each & everything saying will terminate you immediately and will inform HR etc. Only package wise the organisation provides the standard but 50% of your salary will be deducted in the deduction like cab because its pricing is at the sky high too costly & the canteen deduction is also high .
