Mostly everyone is good and like the helping nature of the co workers and the liberty to take offs when you have some other tasks overall great enjoyment as Auriga gives unlimited paid leaves(yes actually).

A higher management personal can kick you or sometimes makes miserable work for you. Depends on the person solely but hierarchy system is 20 percent messed up.
