Management has no clue why are they hiring any individual. In fact people in that organization just has no clue why they are working there. Management do not value their employees. They scream and shout in front of people. They devalue you so much that breaks the self confidence of an individual. I haven't seen any experienced people staying for more than 3 months in that organization. Its supposedly Technology company which enhances your skills only in excel. There are no perks or benefits for employees. Very self centered organization, only family member's are allowed to grow an prosper. Company is very dynamic, it changes its policy within minutes. They take advantage of freshers, in the name of training they don't pay freshers for 6 months and make them work on live projects without clients consent. This company follows Bond policy and make sure if anybody leaves the organization they make them pay bond amount which is 1 lakh to 2 lakhs. I would suggest that 1 can starve to death but do not join this company EVER....Read More
