The environment is very good and every employee has very helping nature. They give chances to freshers is what i like most but they should also provide good training.

Dislikes

Training to fresher is not good, career growth is not good, salary/appraisal is not good.

Work Details

It was little boring but since it was my first Job so i was very excited when i joined. Work experience was good as i came to know how the things works and how and where i can use my mind and thinking.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
