One of the worst organisation to work with. Zero work life balance. Every time you will here that your job is in danger even from first week. Zero support from seniors. They will threaten you for everything. They won't appreciate your achievements rather they will drag you for their own faults. They will treat you like sla..ves even on public holidays.

Worst bank ever. They will not approve the loans to customers, then why people are working here in LAP AND HL. Only group loans is better. It's not bank it's finance. They will not provide loans to genuine customers. Better to close the bank and do only JLG loans. Best for you. Always worst experience to the customers and employees. Worst ever in banking.
