Uneducated team leader(BM), no system knowledge, no customer handling knowledge, no product knowledge, team leader is always watching movies, videos and sleeping during office hours, using for staff emp id password in laptop ,Office laptop illegal repair services in located service shop

Learning new skill in banking terms but that's also my own learning techniques but not by any of the senior or any other in organisation

At ground level service employee are getting criticism who are good in customer service but not doing any sales The thing is only asked for sales and only sales if we need to do sales then why we had joined service team Senior always talk in sarcasm way in front of everyone rather being if it's employee or any customer and never appreciated for doing good in all terms of customer service

Their work culture very toxic, doesn't support each and every new joinee employees, always humiliating new comers, once an employee resigns senior management spcly the BM and BRM gets the license to treat that employee like cats and dogs.. Very bad culture.
