As per my analysis AU Bank is following traditional way of banking which was already adopted by existing banks 10 years ago. It need to adopt the new ways of monitoring & technology. Especially it's policy makes bankers to onboard average rate of customers and after onboarding those its makes to monitor very high end. As a result customers would get fed up with those practices. There are very few things to like they hire freshers that is a very good thing but also exploits the employee.

Sales team domination is seen very much, constant interference with working of every others team makes the place toxic, there is practice of late sitting in the industry, however employee are stopped despite having no work and then let go during midnight, every month there are 2-3 mini month end

Job Dissatisfaction - Success of Product is dependent on multiple factors like Research, Proposition, Design, Execution, marketing etc. People behind each functions does there Job well but fails when put together. Therefore, the one who is bearing torch must be strong enough and experienced in managing all these together. I feel senior product person should be someone who has prior experience in at least 3 core functions which is missing here. And when leader is not experienced enough, other problem arises. Like.
