Never thik to take a carrier opportunity with fincare small finance Bank limited as there is no any work culture over there, you will see the culture like proprietary firm not a bank , also the IT and seating and branch is also feel like a sarafa bazar as no one have any kind of responsibility. As I was in home loan department and fincare was charging intrest rate of 12.99% and at this higher rate they demanded cream customer profile while in 10.99% Axis Bank, ICICI HFC, indusind Bank,avas ,indiabulls and Many more bank funding easily with accepting profit like road side business or cash salary employees cases so there is no any work to do in such mismanagement bank , if you want to do something for a company but as their policies and procedures and worst IT systems and lack of IT solutions you can't perform well here. Upper body all seniors are not working properly and if you complaint or if you ask something then they even don't reply you and ignored you every time. There is no any support from your seniors in any department sales/ops/admin/HR. All higher level senior wants to be free every time and never answered you well ....Read More

As I have overall experience of 6 years in 2 companies then after I joined fincare but that was my bad decision and I leave this company within 9 months as there is no any proper place to work even I was DRM here and company didn't give me a specific seat to do my office work and also didn't give me leptop or desktop to mail or process any official work , company have not enough fund to run their bank in proper way . FINCARE SMALL FINANCE BANK LIMITED IS "NOT A PROPER PLACE TO WORK" if you have any other choice then please go for it never never never think to do work with fincare small finance Bank for any employee grade....Read More

This bank is not for a work it is for a vacation because as they are offering home loan rate (12.99%) there are so many competitive banks and NBFC's who can give home loan less then 10.99% also so you have no any work to do here.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)
