As per my analysis AU Bank is following traditional way of banking which was already adopted by existing banks 10 years ago. It need to adopt the new ways of monitoring & technology. Especially it's policy makes bankers to onboard average rate of customers and after onboarding those its makes to monitor very high end. As a result customers would get fed up with those practices. There are very few things to like they hire freshers that is a very good thing but also exploits the employee.

Sales team domination is seen very much, constant interference with working of every others team makes the place toxic, there is practice of late sitting in the industry, however employee are stopped despite having no work and then let go during midnight, every month there are 2-3 mini month end

It's not a company. It's a shop where any rules can be created. HR have very bad attitude. False Language is very normal. Code Of Conduct team is not doing their Job. MD is totally ignoring above all problems even when informed about Code of Conduct issue.
