Vertical organisation structure is best in Home loan. Head office staff is very supportive and poilte.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Timing system is very conservative. In Morning 9.15 punching and Noon 6.15 compulsory need punch otherwise need to do regularised from Supervisor.

Salary - Poor
Skill development - Poor

Work Details

I am doing service as a Deputy Credit manager and handling Home loan product for surat branch since 8 month. Currently Home loan on initial stage.so we strict on funding. Here also need be sky eye on Delinquencies,Overall work environment is good.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
