At ground level service employee are getting criticism who are good in customer service but not doing any sales The thing is only asked for sales and only sales if we need to do sales then why we had joined service team Senior always talk in sarcasm way in front of everyone rather being if it's employee or any customer and never appreciated for doing good in all terms of customer service

Bank reputation was good, also policy good. I appreciate for banking hours was (branch closing) 07:30pm. For family, friend or personal time' space.

But existing employee (good experience) salary according to new joining employee was very low. And staff shorting or leave applying so far. At the time my 28+ pl or 3 sick leave not used. Incase leave system not.

I got yo know about the banking process and how a small finance is quite different from a bank

It's work culture..also in all aau branch the employee who are working are related to Finance or collection, thats why they are rude with customer and I am as a Customer help desk getting so much calls related tp branch complain. Au bank needs to work on their employee selection.

Few people have all the rights in the company. Top management can ask to go anyone at anytime. Further on top level people don't know anything about the products which they are leading. No knowledge of risk they have.

This is not a work place to work for a fresher. Everyone is just so much toxic and unruly behaviour. Their top management thinks you should work on your weekoff days also. So they call you also on weekoff and after of office hour. Actuall office time is 9:15 to 6:15, but if they think they will torture you it can be stretched to 8:30. As per my analysis AU Bank is following traditional way of banking which was already adopted by existing banks 10 years ago. It need to adopt the new ways of monitoring & technology. Especially it's policy makes bankers to onboard average rate of customers and after onboarding those its makes to monitor very high end. As a result customers would get fed up with those practices.
