As per my analysis AU Bank is following traditional way of banking which was already adopted by existing banks 10 years ago. It need to adopt the new ways of monitoring & technology. Especially it's policy makes bankers to onboard average rate of customers and after onboarding those its makes to monitor very high end. As a result customers would get fed up with those practices. Bank reputation was good, also policy good. I appreciate for banking hours was (branch closing) 07:30pm. For family, friend or personal time' space.

But existing employee (good experience) salary according to new joining employee was very low. And staff shorting or leave applying so far. At the time my 28+ pl or 3 sick leave not used. Incase leave system not.

I got some health issue and following things happened to me. a. HR told me a non existence process (Immediate Release process) and ask me to provide medical documents to start the process. When I asked about other process, They just provide this process. b. 2 days later, HR informed me about actual process (Creating exception case) which they started stating that they didn't have above process. c. I raised this issue to CODE OF CONDUCT team as misguide issue but NO REPLIES. d. After some days, they (HR, Employee Benefit person, National HR and Vertical Head) talked to me and come up with the medical leave without pay solution, which is expected from the company. On that day, they took my assets. e. After some confirmation on medical condition, I mailed and called them for start the discussion on same BUT NO REPLIES FOR MORE THAN 1 WEEK. f. Also I logged in system and found the message "Your username may be incorrect. Make sure to typed it correctly.", means My ID was removed from the system. g. Then I raised this issue to CODE OF CONDUCT team and MD/CEO. h. Then I got the call from National HR team. I asked about the ID and got following replies. "First Reply:- According to the company Policy, if you are not active more than 10 days then your ID will be temporary disabled". "Second Reply :- Your ID is active but when you submit your assets, your ID got disabled." i. I again raised this to CODE OF CONDUCT team and MD/CEO but SAME NO RESPONSE. j. After 3 weeks all misconduct person set a meeting where they discuss about release process (about FnF and relieving letter). That meeting was very illogical. k. Again they crossed the 45 days of FnF and relieving Letter. where they removed FnF. l. Again Raising the issue and finally Settled on FnF after 4 days. I have all mail the mail chain. Overall:- This company is actually a Shop, where they don't care about employee health and work life balance. They are having TOXIC CULTURE. They are using FALSE LANGUAGE INSIDE COMPANY. (Again CODE OF CONDUCT issue) They introduced a line "HERO OF COMPANY" to sales department, means other department are not needed for growth. Use of "Low code/No code" is creating very less chances of Growth. Work Hours are Flexible but you need to present on upper management time. "Best place to work" DO NOT BELIEVE ON THIS. Even same department's person told me the same. CODE OF CONDUCT team is JUST FOR SHOW. This case must be handled with Caution but TOTALLY IGNORED BY MD/CEO.
