Everything!! It’s a place where they will take unofficial feedback from your boss and then will assume whatever previous boss will state. While working one would get comments on clothes and would required to work on off as well. Commenting on personal life is a KRA of Mangers like Ritesh Sharma. Delhi HR team- worst team to work with specially the MANAGER.

AU is a good bank for customers because, it provides all the facilities which customer need it. My experience say that choosing of AU is a very good decision. In this the HR policy is well and good . JUST GO FOR IT.

Worst bank ever. They will not approve the loans to customers, then why people are working here in LAP AND HL. Only group loans is better. It's not bank it's finance. They will not provide loans to genuine customers. Better to close the bank and do only JLG loans. Best for you. Always worst experience to the customers and employees. Worst ever in banking.

Their work culture very toxic, doesn't support each and every new joinee employees, always humiliating new comers, once an employee resigns senior management spcly the BM and BRM gets the license to treat that employee like cats and dogs.. Very bad culture.

It's not a company. It's a shop where any rules can be created. HR have very bad attitude. False Language is very normal. Code Of Conduct team is not doing their Job. MD is totally ignoring above all problems even when informed about Code of Conduct issue.
