As per my analysis AU Bank is following traditional way of banking which was already adopted by existing banks 10 years ago. It need to adopt the new ways of monitoring & technology. Especially it's policy makes bankers to onboard average rate of customers and after onboarding those its makes to monitor very high end. As a result customers would get fed up with those practices.
