It has freedom to work, policies are so much a lined for employee benefit, I found it the most employee friendly company into EdTech segment.

Work Details

I am working as a center head and as a CHRO at the head office and i have complete freedom to work and get the work done from the complete team at my centers and at our other branches.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
