Company is best place for freshers, as the package is far better than other. But No growth both skillwise and carrerwise.they train on one technology and put into any project ramdomly without and we need to work even without technical background of that project. Morever you will be changing projects all time and no relevant skills you posses. less chance of being billable.Hike is very less. you do not get recognised untill you are billable to client.But the capus is very peaceful, it is a complete package of nature, which can help reduce the stress with one walk....Read More

Dislikes

No decent hike or promotions in the past 3 years, even though its promised by the management. They have cut many employee benefits including shift allowance for UK and US shits. They save costs by not giving transportation facility to the employees. Not a good company if your goal is to excel in any role and get promotions and better packages.
