Work life balance good at ATMECS, short term onsite opportunities good based on client need. We have good US projects so mostly night shifts are available, we do have work from home option based on team size and management.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
