Not good for freshers, while hiring the will mention a bond of 2 years, while joining you will get to know the bond period is for 2.5 years +3 years of notice because you can't apply resignation during your bond period so the total bond sums up to 2 years and 9 months, almost three years. And the penalty is 2 lakhs (no negotiations).

It was the company i started working and actually knowing IT industry or how actually we get to grow in IT. Atmecs play a very important role in my life. It was a huge learning journey for me. Its not just the company but also you need to put efforts and luck is also something we need to consider. I have seen my friends joining as developer but now they have moved to tester in Atmecs. Management. We didn't had transport facility. No free food . Tea and biscuits was free for sure. And tea is actually good. Not much team outing, i don't remember me going.

This company is good for gaining knowledge. Also, they are using good technologies which is good for fresher to learn many things from the beginning.

Dislikes

Company policies are worst. They will force you to work for 90 days notice period. Company management are bad and HR is very rude. Hikes are also very less and there are little bonus. Facilities are not much as well.
