Great place to work for sure. Team environment is great, awesome leader. Nice pay. All the facility within office includes food,snacks, gym, games etc.

Dislikes

They hire technical people to update/create confluence pages. Non techno managers sitting at top, planning to create some more confluence pages. Proper support job, where you have to pick n number of cases daily. Even after doing decent job, you have to again create confluence pages to justify that. Better join CSS, if you good at writing some stories in confluence page

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
