Nothing to like here. Everything is shit People only join for wfh but This is the worst company in the world. Cheap TL and cheap managers are there. Don't ever join there. You will regret. They only want their target to complete which will increase periodically. If you don't complete your target they will mark you half day or full day leave.

Don't join this company. You will waste your talent here. Join somewhere else where you can grow. Here they want only their target nothing else No one listen to you. TL, HR, MANAGERS AND EVERY SENIOR ALL ARE VERY CHEAP PEOPLE. ESPECIALLY THERE IS SHILPA GAIKWAD AND surinder. You will have to work 10 to 11 hours for your target And if you didn't complete your target after end of the day they will mark you half day or full day leave without asking you. I have joined the company in November-2019. After just 4 months we were facing the largest pandemic due to covid-19. There is no policy of WFH when I joined the company but In a short span period company manages to handle all infrastructure, as well as the environment requires for WFH. Also, the company gave internet, laptop allowance during the lockdown. Salary on time also with the proper incentive. Management is also excellent as they clear about their policies....Read More
