For fresher they provide good salary comparing to other companies like tech mahindra, excel etc.

Dislikes

Their leave policy is the worst. No causual leave, if you want to take leave then you have some serious reason. They don't provide leave on us holidays.

Work policy: At the start work from home option was there but due Panadamic they started work from home. I don't about current situation.

Nothing to like here. Everything is shit People only join for wfh but This is the worst company in the world. Cheap TL and cheap managers are there. Don't ever join there. You will regret. They only want their target to complete which will increase periodically. If you don't complete your target they will mark you half day or full day leave.

Don't join this company. You will waste your talent here. Join somewhere else where you can grow. Here they want only their target nothing else No one listen to you. TL, HR, MANAGERS AND EVERY SENIOR ALL ARE VERY CHEAP PEOPLE. ESPECIALLY THERE IS SHILPA GAIKWAD AND surinder. You will have to work 10 to 11 hours for your target And if you didn't complete your target after end of the day they will mark you half day or full day leave without asking you. 1)unnecessary shifting from one team to another team which leads to lack of skill then PIP->exit that is it. 2)during training they show them as a good hard person or manager once training gets over they even respond to your queries you need to inform them by call or text as i did email plz check. 3)leaves(its joke for atidiv and their managers) manager even thinks about why you want leaves is there any emergeny or not, they called you and says your leaves are not approved that it. 4) they like people who flattery(chatu emp) if you are chatu emp then you are very good, especially i observe during training once of the senior training 'Rahul Sharma' was having chit chat with other emp and its time to solve any problem he ask other trainer or SME to resolve it. 5)during operation phase TL will ask you resign from your job and we will get someone else to do that work 6)if there is any error happening in semi tenure TL and SME they will not support you to get it revert specially Namrata A leady did not help you out to resolve your doubts and she will be out of meet for 2 -3 hour 7)finally Atidiv will be nightmare for your career.........Read More
