Nothing good about the company!! they are a bunch of amateurs who just know these terms such as "data science" and "operational excellence". They only have a few start-up back-office data collection projects

Everything! especially the senior idiots who roam around the office ordering pizzas and salads when the company is paying for it.

Work Details

Worst experience ever. After I left this company I actually had to take a break for 2 years just to digest what these idiots were trying to put me into. They have an in-house lawyer just to threaten the employees.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
