athenahealth is a very good company for freshers. The company provide a lot of employee benefits (very few team director&manager stopped the employee benefits)

Managers and directors are restricting the employee benefits which was provided by the company. Company provide a benefit to the employees but customer success team members will not a getting the benefits

Great culture, you will feel very hard to leave. There is a sense of belonging and the domain of healthcare is quite generous.
