Company HR policies are good.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Higher management is worst. HR take feedback from RBM who don't have any relationship with the doctors. People worked in field during COVID and management was in WFH and this year they put people's on PIP punishment.

Job security - Poor
Company culture - Poor

Work Details

It's fine ..no pressure on late hours working.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

_Lessons Learned from 1.3 Years of Remote Work_ 1. Separate friendship and professional work to maintain professionalism. 2. Keep career decisions and sensitive information confidential. 3. Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
