I did not leave Astra Zeneca I worked there for 8 years got promoted from ABM to RBM , I was doing well suddenly organaisation sold one division which I was heading , Many people were shown doors , few were absorbed but were behaved as if organisation had shown pity on them I was also given to head a team after my division was wind up In that team my Natuonal Manager literally misbehaved with me . Used to reject my expenses . Used to use filthy language . Always in abusive mode . Even did not asked about my wife’s health when she was ill. Called me in Hotel very early in the morning & he himself took breakfast in front of me without offering me breakfast or tea. This was not the culture when I joined the organisation. Inhuman behaviour,Biased statement, calling without any agenda was order of the day & threatening was the only coaching as a RBM I left because of National Sales Manager One performing RBM all of a sudden becomes bad RBM & how to make was one thing I learned I also so ineffective inefficient HR team just enjoying things without any support .
