No Proper Stretegy but goal is to high with only 2 sales person the target was 1.5 million for 12 months Under Man Power, No Product Marketing, No Product Reach Still Looking for sales No Proper support on Closing deals on customer requirements not willing to invest on something customer wants

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
