Worst management ever I have seen .. except Hr the management system don't evn know how to tackle the employees and how to manage a work culture. The seniors sometimes really behave like an illiterate. Only the Hr and higher authorities are well behaved except them no one actually don't even know the basic skills of content writing.

No work life balance. Company's policies regarding leave and resignation is horrible and intentionally complicated. Many employees are not getting release letters. Salaries have been deducted without clear reason.

Nothing much. Team Leaders are helpful since they know it's a dead-end job. You can learn about various formatting types regarding content writing and the subjects you are assigned to write on. Purely Academic writing, with no creative liberties, helps improve your grammar and sentence-making capabilities. You can take WFH if you are a reliable writer and if the Team leader approves it.

You can't go home if you don't complete your quota for the day. Either you finish the work or resign on the spot, in that case, you are not eligible for salary for the days you have worked. If you take a sudden leave, 2 days of pay will be deducted. Same if you take leave on Monday or Saturday. Deadlines all the time, even if you have just joined 1 week ago.
