The company is full of innovation & learning new things, all the staffs were very help full, from this company i got to travel different states for work purpose.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow . The work pressure is very high. I have to work 24x7 then also my work is not appraisal.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
