Their confidence and team work in scamming .Specially byRajiv sharma ,Anoop ,Abhinav prasad ,Smitha(HR) Assetmine is giving direct competition to MNC's in everything in opposite way. If you are sub broker there .. please be aware , your earning is might at risk.

Holding salary after taking your business and denying their own words after it. Rajiv sharma is biggest theif there followed by anoop , abhinav prasad AVP with Head HR smitha ...they team up to scam and once they got business they deny and pass the ball and treat you like begger.head hr smitha even dont give u basic docs like salaryslip , relieving letter etc and fully cordinate with team to misguide you.Be ready to get your salary hold whenever they want ....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
