I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Its small company hence people centric, and they can be approached easily.

1.Less process centric. 2.I was hired and not introduced to bigger team or given any training in one of their core product for me to contribute effectively. 3.I was just working with small team of two-three members. 4.There is no response of emails or ping over teams to connect with members, its true with senior resources as well. 5.Most people seem to be in a drama/world of their own most of the time, which is a hindrance for effective, genuine communication. 6.Salary of employees not cleared in a proper way. They have to follow up with them after leaving the company. 7. It seems to be mainly sales driven company, with less of exposure to software development. 8.
