Likes

The first year from your date of Joining will be great, everyone will be helpful for the first year. Salary hike will be decent. Company is growing and it will acquire many companies. It will be a good company for freshers and junior resource.

Dislikes

Full of management politics. Wonderful CEO, however some key resources in this company, who play a bigger role here, will not take any bigger issue to CEO and they will make decisions and collapse the entire systems

It's Ok, but sometimes you need to be flexible to work some extended hours and weekends too

Likes

Work culture and lots of training sessions. Its a right platform to grow and sharpen our skills. Good Management and supportive managers and sub-ordinates. If you perform well and productive, you will grow within the organization like anything. Appraisal will be good compared to other top IT companies.

Dislikes

Some internal politics you have to manage and handle it! Onsite opportunity will be difficult.
