Company work place proximity to residence & the package provided in the particular zone

Dislikes

No appreciation for numerous task handled for the sole company alongwith sister concern. If new policies, rules suggested for improving the company culture are not accepted. Compensation for work profile in any department for any employee is too poor compared with market rates Only 6 gazetted holidays are sanctioned for a complete one year

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
