Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Work Details

The job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. Learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

There is nothing much to like about, as company never understands staff issues.

Poor Management, No fundamentals, No SOP. Decision changes every second.

Work Details

Worked as Billing Engineer for 3 projects namely Hiranandani Estate, Lodha and Adhiraj Capital City. Stood with company when complete billing department left the job and single headedly took over all the projects and posted client and subcon bills.
