Appraisal are fair and they give fair salary and every year fair bonus.

There is lot of politics and salary is not good but fair but career growth is very slow.there no security for job.

Not a good company. Always threatens employees about transfer. Pays very less and increament is 8% only. It terminated 75 emloyees during covid 19

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
