ABL is looking for suitable candidate for its Insurance department
to be based out of its Corporate Office in Nashik (Maharashtra)

Position Manager / Sr. Manager /AGM/DGM

Qualication Engineer Graduate of any stream (Civil & Mechanical Engineering preferred )
20 plus years of relevant experience of heading insurance department of
reputed engineering company

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Project Insurance:
• Overseeing insurance for ongoing infrastructure project at domestic and international location,
ongoing maintenance project, assets insurance including marine, air, and road insurance (for
exports and imports).

• General Insurance:
• Handling medical health policies, personal accident policies and workmen's compensation
policies.
• Managing insurance related to vehicles, stationary and non-stationary machinery.

• Insurance Portfolio Management:
• Gathering and analyzing detailed project and machinery data to provide risk management
strategies and secure management approval.

• Risk Analysis and Management:
• Conducting risk exposure analysis of projects to determine necessary insurance coverage.
• Managing risks through the implementation of effective mitigation strategies.

• Claims Management:
• Managing insurance claims, preparing reports on claims status and statistics, and reviewing data for future improvements.

• Insurance Cost Control:
• Negotiating with insurers for optimal coverage and cost-effective premiums.

• Adoption of Latest Insurance Developments:
• Ensuring the use of the latest insurance practices relevant to the infrastructure industry for
efficient risk management.

Compensation will be no constraint for candidate with relevant education and experience.
