Working with asb international since 2015 From last 2 year very pressurized for production.here is batch production but hod considere as mass production asking production as per cycle time if any rework and rejection happen then overstays after 1st shift and clear it. Very much pressure new engineer can't handle

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
